Vibronics supplies multistage cleaning systems. These systems have three stages - pre-cleaning, ultrasonic and vapour cleaning/drying. The system is useful for degreasing, derusting, descaling, decarbonising and other cleaning requirements of automobile engineering, electrical and electronics and textile industries. The system includes following features:
- continuous filtration, re-circulation, automatic distillation, water separation, and automatic/semi-automatic material transfer system.
- fume extractions, and chilling plant facilities are available as an option.
- the cleaning system is custom-built on turnkey basis.
The tank -is made of stainless steel/mild steel rubber lined/fibre glass reinforced. Tank capacity - is 3 ltr onwards; tank is cleaned using either ultrasonic or jet spray technique; it needs ultrasonic power from 120 w to 25kw. It requires frequency 25 khz or 43 khz; transducers -used are in piezo electric-sandwich mode. Mounting is either epoxy bonded or of welded/immersible module.; jet pressure is from 30 to 600 psi; and liquid flow is from 2 to 20 ltr/min.
